GRiT Solutions in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks an experienced OutSystems Developer to build enterprise applications for the public sector.

The role requires 5+ years in OutSystems, and multiple certifications in specialist, professional and expert levels, plus agile and cybersecurity credentials. You will design, develop, and integrate enterprise apps while following architecture best practices, in a collaborative Agile environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years as OutSystems Developer in enterprise environments.
• At least 3 years delivering projects in the Public Sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Mandatory OutSystems certification: Associate Developer v11 (O11) or ODC Associate Developer.
• Minimum of 4 OutSystems Specialist certifications.
• Minimum of 2 OutSystems Professional certifications.
• At least 1 OutSystems Expert certification.
• Experience in Architecture, Tech Lead, DevOps or Platform Operations (2 areas).
• At least 1 Agile certification (e.g., PSM I).
• At least 1 Cybersecurity certification (e.g., Cidadão Ciberseguro).
• Strong experience developing enterprise applications using OutSystems.
• Solid understanding of application architecture and OutSystems development best practices.
• Experience integrating apps with external systems and APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in Agile teams.

Overview

Our company seeks an experienced OutSystems Developer to build enterprise applications within the public sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an OutSystems Developer in enterprise environments (minimum 5 years)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering projects within the Public Sector
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Mandatory OutSystems certification: Associate Developer v11 (O11) or ODC Associate Developer
• Minimum of 4 OutSystems Specialist certifications
• Minimum of 2 OutSystems Professional certifications
• At least 1 OutSystems Expert certification
• Experience and/or certifications in at least 2 of the following areas: Architecture, Tech Lead, DevOps, Platform Operations
• At least 1 Agile certification, such as Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) or an equivalent Agile certification
• At least 1 Cybersecurity certification, such as Cidadão Ciberseguro or an equivalent cybersecurity certification
• Strong experience developing enterprise applications using OutSystems
• Solid understanding of application architecture and OutSystems development best practices
• Experience integrating applications with external systems and APIs
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and performance optimization skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within Agile teams
