About the Role

Our Customer Data Management team is integrated within the Order to Cash department and focuses on maintaining accurate customer data in collaboration with Sales and Operations.

As a Customer Data Management Team Leader, you will work on overseeing data accuracy, team leadership, and process improvement to support efficient sales and operational processes. You will get the opportunity to contribute to data integrity and have a positive impact on the effectiveness of the Order to Cash cycle.

You will be accountable for:

Leading and developing the Customer Data Management team.

Ensuring accurate creation and maintenance of customer master data in the ERP system.

Driving data integrity and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments.

Contributing to the definition and implementation of the Lead to cash project in the frame of new ERP (SAP S/4 Hana) transformation.

We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.

About You

Relevant education degree or equivalent qualification in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Relevant work experience of 4+ years in data management, customer service, operations, or supply chain roles, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.

Analytical and strategic thinking.

Proficiency with ERP systems and CRM software.

Order to Cash process mastery.

English proficiency needed, any additional language is a plus

About the pay and benefits

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country (Portugal) base pay reasonably expected for this role is 32.480 euros to 44.500 euros, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
