A leading tech company in Lisbon is seeking a Cyber & Automation Project Manager to implement NIS2 compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Operational Technology (OT) and a good understanding of cybersecurity principles. This role involves translating security requirements into actionable tasks, supporting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance across multiple sites. Candidates should possess a degree in a related field and have over three years of experience in OT or automation environments.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in OT, Automation or Industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration and troubleshooting in OT.
• Good understanding of NIS2 and IEC 62443 cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation of NIS2 security measures within OT environments.
• Translate cybersecurity requirements into technical actions for industrial systems.
• Monitor and track implementation progress across sites.
