IC Resources is seeking a Semiconductor Manufacturing Sustaining Engineer to manage OSAT operations, ensuring supply, capacity, production delivery and manufacturing performance meet customer and business requirements.

You will work directly with OSAT sites to manage production ramps, delivery issues, quality audits and performance reviews, coordinate engineering WIP and downstream packaging/test activities with technology and yield teams, and track OSAT cycle time, delivery and overall

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, supply chain or business preferred.
• 5+ years’ semiconductor manufacturing/planning experience, with strong knowledge of semiconductor planning processes.
• Strong analytical and data-management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and supplier relationships.
• Strong supplier management skills, including engaging senior/executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage OSAT forecasts, WIP movement, raw material inventory and production schedules.
• Drive production pull-ins and recovery actions when required.
• Work directly with OSAT sites to manage production ramps, delivery issues, quality audits and performance reviews.
• Coordinate engineering WIP and downstream packaging/test activities with technology and yield teams.
• Track and report OSAT cycle time, delivery and performance.
• Support Foundry RMA activities and New Product Introduction (NPI) programmes.
