Contract: Permanent, with 180 days trial

Salary: €1300 base + €150 language bonus + meal allowance + relocation package

We are seeking Order-to-Cash Specialists (French + English) to join our Finance Operations team in Porto.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and generate invoices/credit notes
• Apply customer payments daily and reconcile accounts
• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices
• Support customer queries and escalate disputes
• Assist with reconciliations, audits, and month-end closing
• Maintain updated customer master data in ERP

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years’ experience in O2C / Accounts Receivable
• French C2 + English C1
• Strong Excel skills; ERP knowledge is a plus
• Availability to work onsite in Porto, 24/7 shifts
