Michael Page is recruiting for a role based in Portugal (Lisbon area) focused on Order Management and Customer Service within a multinational diagnostics context. The role requires SAP experience, strong Excel/CRM skills, and fluency in Portuguese with English proficiency.

The position offers a 12-month contract, a hybrid work model, and a monthly salary of 2,000€–2,200€ with meal card and health insurance.

Qualificações

• BA degree in relevant areas.
• Experience in order entry or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP highly desirable.
• Strong Excel and CRM/Google Suite skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese with good command of written and spoken English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Order Management: entering and verifying customer orders in SAP/ERP.
• Customer Interaction: confirming orders, providing status updates and handling inquiries.
• Logistics & Claims: managing reception and resolution of logistic claims with carriers.
• Operational Coordination: monitoring IDOCs, analyzing backorders, and coordinating with planning/warehouse teams.
• Process Improvement: assisting in SOP development and digitizing processes.
• Cross-Functional Support: assisting Tender Coordinators and Credit Management to resolve billing issues.
