LIXIL is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Performance Controller to join our team in Portugal. This role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making across our manufacturing footprint.

Working closely with the Business Controller and plant teams, you’ll consolidate forecasts, track performance, and provide actionable insights to support sourcing decisions and productivity improvements. You’ll also contribute to the development of IT-integrated controlling functions and help define measures that align with company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate weekly plant forecasts, compare against targets, and comment on variances
  • Report monthly KPIs, including CAPEX, productivity, cost improvements, and EHS metrics
  • Prepare business cases to support sourcing decisions
  • Support performance management and budgeting processes
  • Contribute to the development of integrated controlling systems and tools
  • Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analysis

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in finance, controlling, and database management
  • Strong understanding of balance sheets and financial implications
  • Clear communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment
  • Background in industrial engineering is a plus
