Job Title: Operations Customer Expert I Tele sales Representative

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Type: Full-time

Overview:

We are seeking driven and dynamic individuals to join our Tele sales team as Operations Customer Experts. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, offering top-notch support and actively promoting subscription offers and products over the phone. Your efforts will be fundamental in building strong customer relationships and aiding the expansion of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in inbound and outbound calls to promote subscription offers and products.
  • Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and resolving any issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with presenting and explaining products over the phone.
  • Eager to learn about our offerings and convey this information clearly to potential customers.
  • Dynamic, positive, and highly proactive disposition.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

Training and Compensation:

  • Training Period: Comprehensive 10-day training in English, involving 8 hours of training per day.
  • Compensation During Training: A daily training allowance of 18.56.
  • Base Salary: 1,050 gross per month, with total gross cash compensation escalating to 1,251.83, excluding additional allowances.

Employment Package:

  • Contract Type: Employment Uncertain Term contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months, transitioning to a permanent role after 2 years.
  • Christmas and Holiday Allowances: Equivalent to the base salary, paid monthly.
  • Accommodation Benefits: Access to company-rented apartments, fully equipped, with expenses covered, noted as tax-free benefits until 2026.
  • Health Insurance: Coverage starts from the first day of employment.
  • Meal Allowance: Provided via a debit card for food expenditure, allowing for tax savings.

Taxation:

  • Income Tax: Withholdings based on individual circumstances including salary, family status, etc.
  • Social Security Tax: 11% is applied to the gross compensation, excluding meal allowances.

Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break).
  • Rotational shifts, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Observance of Portuguese public holidays.
  • Up to 22 vacation days per year, aligning with contract initiation.

Accommodation:

  • Optional company-provided accommodation for new employees for the first 14 months, with all necessary amenities and costs covered.
