Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a customer support specialist to guide users of a leading American AI brand. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping both consumers and business clients maximize AI tools and products.

Join us to resolve inquiries across chat, email, and phone, train users, and ensure a world-class experience. Fluency in English, strong problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset are essential, with day shifts from 07:00 to 22:00.
