About the Position

The Operations Analyst will support the execution of monthly and ad-hoc inflight entertainment operations for a specific airline while also fulfilling internal company tasks related to media delivery, encoding, and project tracking.

This is a dual-reporting role that involves coordination between internal stakeholders at Touch and external stakeholders at the airline and OEM.

You will work on the key responsibilities closely with a dedicated Operations Coordinator and an additional Operations Analyst.

During the initial three months, you will receive intensive training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

Airline-Specific

  • Download monthly media cycles and upload CRUs to the airline server.
  • Load IFE and advertising media onto aircraft monthly (including ad hoc loads).
  • Perform media encoding and editing (blurring, compilation, dynamic subtitle creation, etc.).
  • Manage third-party translation processes for airline media content.
  • Upload media to OEM servers and ensure playback readiness (including adhoc media).
  • Create and maintain onboard content, including hospitality menus and online magazines.
  • Liaise with OEMs on behalf of the airline (email communications, meeting scheduling, etc.).
  • Represent the IFE department in OEM-related meetings.
  • Manage logistical aspects of the department’s dedicated vehicle (maintenance, airport access, etc.).
  • Process and coordinate requests for airport access cards.
  • Support airline with ad-hoc tasks.

Content Service Provider

  • Create and manage licensing purchase orders for media content.
  • Coordinate media orders with third-party encoding labs.
  • Import and manage metadata into OEM CRMs.
  • Monitor delivery and quality of encoded media to OEM portals.
  • Track and resolve content rejections.
  • Ensure cycle completion within deadlines and internal timeline creation.
About You
  • Experience in Video editing and subtitle creation.
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, media, or inflight entertainment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Portuguese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and general tech savviness.
  • Ability to follow established workflows while managing multiple deadlines.
