The Operations Analyst will support the execution of monthly and ad-hoc inflight entertainment operations for a specific airline while also fulfilling internal company tasks related to media delivery, encoding, and project tracking.
This is a dual-reporting role that involves coordination between internal stakeholders at Touch and external stakeholders at the airline and OEM.
You will work on the key responsibilities closely with a dedicated Operations Coordinator and an additional Operations Analyst.
During the initial three months, you will receive intensive training and ongoing support.
