Noesis Portugal is seeking a seasoned Risk and Resilience professional to join our team in Lisbon. You will lead BIA activities, develop and validate BCPs, and support crisis management efforts to strengthen business continuity and resilience across multilingual environments.

The role requires a degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, at least 3 years in risk management or related areas, and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills with fluency in English and

Qualificações

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Crisis Management, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Crisis Management, and resilience frameworks.
• Experience in developing and maintaining business continuity plans, recovery solutions, risk/remediation plans, and related documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluency in English, with experience working in a multilingual environment (Spanish/Portuguese).
