Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office; SAP/SRM is a plus.

Your Tasks:

Process Purchase Requisitions for indirect products and services (SAP/SRM), drive RFQs, and award orders in compliance with ENERCON procurement guidelines;

Monitor and follow up on open orders, ensure suppliers' order confirmations, and on-time deliveries;

Manage PO changes in close collaboration with suppliers and internal customers;

Handle the invoice workflow, verify procurement invoice gaps, and ensure proper processing in SAP;

Support the search, screening, selection, and performance evaluation of suppliers;

Drive timely action and communication with both internal customers and suppliers;

Contribute to optimizing processes and implementing efficiencies.

What we are looking for:

Minimum Bachelor in Engineering or Management;

Minimum 6 months experience in similar role;
