Capgemini Engineering Portugal is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to join a hybrid-capable team in Lisbon. You will manage Windows Server environments, perform patching, and support virtualization platforms including Hyper-V and VMware. Good understanding of security, antivirus, and ITIL processes is required.

Qualificações

• Experience +3 years in IT industry.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge ITIL process and ticketing system.
• Basic knowledge of Patch Management and Antivirus solutions.
• Hyper-V and Veritas Cluster concepts.
• ITIL V4 certification or equivalent knowledge is required.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Proficiency in Windows Server Administration is mandatory (OS like: 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Hands-on experience with OS patching is a must (especially for Windows Server).
• Knowledge of Hyper-V Administration is advantageous.
• Proficiency in VMware administration, including virtual machine management.
• Solid understanding of Security and Antivirus systems is necessary.

• Flexible work model, shift Mon-Fri 22.00h-06h:00 (PT Time).
• Solid understanding of Security and Antivirus systems is necessary.
