Capgemini Engineering in Portugal is looking for an IT professional to join our Windows Server administration team. You will manage server environments (2008R2 to 2022), apply patches, and ensure security and antivirus measures are up to date.

The role requires 3+ years in IT, ITIL V4 knowledge, and good English. We offer hybrid work, international projects, and opportunities for training and certifications.

YOUR ROLE

• Proficiency in Windows Server Administration is mandatory (OS like: 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
• Hands‑on experience with OS Patching is a must (especially for Windows Server).
• Knowledge of Hyper‑V Administration is advantageous.
• Proficiency in VMware administration, including virtual machine management.
• Flexible work model, shift Mon‑Fri 22.00h‑06h:00 (PT Time).
• Solid understanding of Security and Antivirus systems is necessary.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience +3 years in IT industry.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge ITIL process and ticketing system.
• Basic knowledge of Patch Management and Antivirus solutions.
• Hyper‑V and Veritas Cluster concepts.
• ITIL V4 certification or equivalent knowledge is required.
• Good level of English.
