Job Description:

We are looking to hire an organized Operador/a Logística to join our team at LEROY MERLIN Portugal in Penafiel. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to develop skills in logistics and customer service. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with merchandise pickup and store inquiries;
• Ensure optimal use of resources to satisfy customers;
• Receive and verify merchandise quality and accuracy;
• Follow procedures for merchandise recognition in the systems (SD, RM, PC);
• Prepare merchandise for sale and replenishment;
• Conduct physical inventory and stock control;
• Prepare orders for delivery ensuring proper packaging and transportation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (12th grade);
• Experience or knowledge of handling load-moving equipment (preferred);
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Ability to work under stress;
• Organizational skills and responsibility;
• Initiative and proactive attitude;
• Basic computer skills.
