Qualificações

• 1 a 2 anos de experiência profissional em logística ou áreas relacionadas.

Responsabilidades

• Carregar e descarregar mercadorias de acordo com procedimentos.

We are looking to hire an experienced Operador/a Logística to join our team at Leroy Merlin in Albufeira.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Loading and unloading merchandise according to established procedures, verifying quality and quantity;
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the reception area, controlling pallets, and using tools and equipment safely;
• Properly storing merchandise in the warehouse, ensuring correct system integration;
• Preparing merchandise for store replenishment;
• Conducting inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy;
• Sorting merchandise based on flow type and organizing for delivery;
• Picking and preparing items for customer orders and transfers;
• Recording damages or discrepancies in the system;
• Implementing new product displays according to plans;
• Identifying potential visual disruptions;
• Ensuring proper merchandising and signage;
• Replenishing stock and maintaining display facing;
• Assisting with furniture planning and store layout needs;
• Managing procurement processes and stock alerts;
• Updating promotional actions in the system;
• Monitoring stock levels and addressing excess or shortages;
• Following up on supplier orders and internal movements;
• Collaborating with the Promise Management team regarding order availability;
• Tracking customer orders and resolving issues;
• Monitoring delivery circuits and acting as needed;
• Ensuring all customer orders are properly supplied.

What do we look for in you?

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in logistics or related areas;
• High school diploma (12th grade);
• Knowledge of material handling machinery (preferred);
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation;
• Stress resistance and organizational skills;
• Proactivity and initiative;
• Good computer skills from a user perspective.
