MysticInvest Holding is seeking an IT Operations Manager for the River Fleet to oversee the IT infrastructure across ships, ensuring reliable systems, network and security. You will drive projects from specs to delivery, coordinate vendor work, and maintain budgets while maintaining high safety standards.

The role requires hands-on IT expertise, strong communication with stakeholders, and willingness to work on ships along the Douro, ensuring seamless IT support for operations and guests.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electronics, Multimedia or IT.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Hands-on profile with field experience preferred.
• Willing to work on river cruise ships along the Douro.

Responsabilidades

• Overall management of IT infrastructure on ships (Systems; Network; Security).
• Gather operational and business requirements for IT River Fleet.
• Lead IT projects, write specs, coordinate procurement and execution.
• Maintain ship IT systems including multimedia, AV, CCTV, connectivity.
• Ensure safety and security standards are followed.
• Manage IT budget and external contractor work.
• Coordinate winter season IT maintenance and new ship builds.
