Job summary

You will handle document processing, financial statement interpretation, and final reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or an Accounting Technician qualification.
• Previous accounting firm experience is valued but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Primavera, Sage, PHC, or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Intermediate English and/or Spanish skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process and classify accounting documents and transactions.
• Analyze and interpret financial statements.
• Prepare trial balances, accounting analyses, and financial reports.
• Support tax compliance processes, including VAT, IRC, IRS, and Model 22 submissions.
• Participate in client meetings and present financial results.
