Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking an Accounting Technician to join a well-established accounting firm, supporting a diverse portfolio across industries. You will process and analyze financial documents, prepare trial balances, and assist with tax compliance.

This role offers on-site parking and opportunities for professional development. Ideal candidates have strong analytical and communication skills, with good Excel and Word knowledge.

Qualificações

• Previous accounting firm experience is valued but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Primavera, Sage, PHC, or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Intermediate English and/or Spanish skills are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Process and classify accounting documents and transactions.
• Analyze and interpret financial statements.
• Prepare trial balances, accounting analyses, and financial reports.
• Support tax compliance processes, including VAT, IRC, IRS, and Model 22 submissions.
• Participate in client meetings and present financial results.
