Job summary

You will perform Remote Hands and Smart Hands tasks, install and decommission server racks, manage cross-connects and patch panels, and conduct hardware diagnostics in a fast-paced data center environment.

The role requires hands-on DC infrastructure experience, familiarity with server hardware and cabling standards, and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Remote Hands & Smart Hands support (cabling, power cycling, hardware swaps)
• Server rack installation and decommissioning

• Escort and access coordination for client visits
• Emergency response and on-call availability
