Cloudcomputing is seeking an Okta Engineer to join our Modern Identity team. You will work hands-on with Okta, configure environments, and help customers solve IAM challenges in a consulting, customer-facing setting.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and the ability to collaborate with senior consultants and technical teams on IAM projects. Familiarity with PowerShell or Python is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of IAM experience with hands-on Okta.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts: authentication, authorization, lifecycle management.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM.
• Okta policies, access rules, and workflows configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and communicate with customers and teams.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain Okta environments per customer needs.
• Support SSO, MFA, Universal Directory, and Lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with customers and senior consultants on IAM projects.
• Create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
