FairPlay Engineering is seeking a Senior Telecom Specialist to design and optimise offshore communications for platforms and facilities. You will own the telecom scope from concept through delivery, focusing on CCTV, radio, PAGA, satellite links, and data networks, with strong emphasis on safety integration.

Based in the Netherlands with a premium relocation package, the role requires 10+ years in offshore telecom design, a relevant engineering degree, and fluent English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in detailed design of instrumentation and telecom systems offshore.
• Strong expertise in CCTV, radio and PAGA design.
• Proficiency in CAD and producing detailed drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design offshore telecom systems including CCTV, radio, PAGA, satellite communications, and data networks.
• Ensure telecom systems support offshore operations, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications using CAD.
• Collaborate with instrumentation, electrical, and process teams for full integration.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Engage with external stakeholders during design and delivery.
• Ensure designs comply with offshore telecom standards.
