Home page • Customer Stories • Our Values • About the role: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and create a pleasant, efficient, and welcoming work environment for all team members.

Responsibilities
  • Onboarding & Offboarding - Prepare and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes; Ensure a smooth arrival for newcomers (equipment, welcome pack, setup); Support internal teams during employee transitions.
  • Office Operations & Logistics - Manage business travel bookings (transport and accommodation); Handle office supplies, equipment, and employee requests; Liaise with vendors and service providers (hotels, office equipment, etc.); Ensure a functional and pleasant office environment (snacks, drinks, coffee…).
  • Budget & Cost Control - Support with monthly budget tracking and reporting; Monitor suppliers and participate in cost optimization initiatives.
  • Real Estate & Office Capacity - Monitor office space needs and capacity planning; Contribute to workspace improvements and supplier negotiations.
  • Processes & Improvements - Maintain documentation of office processes; Propose and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
