We're Hiring: OEM Sales Manager @ Reckon.ai

At Reckon.ai, we're on a mission to revolutionize retail through the power of AI and computer vision.

Our technology automates store operations and delivers real-time insights, helping retailers and FMCG companies optimize performance, reduce waste, and create smarter, more efficient stores.

We're growing fast and looking to build a world-class OEM Sales & Partnerships function to help scale our impact across markets and customers.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where business meets strategy, sales, and creativity.

What You'll Do

Identify and onboard OEM partners (equipment suppliers, manufacturers, assemblers) that can scale Reckon.ai's retail AI OS globally.

Lead contract negotiations and build strong commercial frameworks with suppliers and systems providers.

Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales) to align technology, integration capabilities, and go-to-market strategies.

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for supplier engagement, co-branded solutions, and joint go-to-market plans.

Analyze market trends and technical capabilities to scout new partnership opportunities that enhance Reckon.ai's product-market fit.

Own and grow key OEM relationships, ensuring mutual value and long-term alignment with Reckon.ai's mission and roadmap.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering;

Advanced degrees (MBA or MSc) are a plus, especially with a focus on innovation, strategy, or operations.

4+ years of experience in OEM sales, partnerships, business development - ideally in retail tech, IoT, Hardware, or computer vision.

Proven success sourcing or managing partnerships with hardware or manufacturing companies.

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.

Passion for retail innovation, emerging tech, and driving measurable impact.

Nice To Have

Background in hardware integration, embedded systems, or edge computing.

Experience working with retail technology providers, FMCG brands, or supply chain stakeholders.

International experience or exposure to global supplier ecosystems.
