Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) for a remote, hourly-contract role. Your clinical expertise will help evaluate AI outputs, ensure nursing workflows are accurately reflected, and guide improvements in healthcare AI systems.

The position emphasizes independent work, flexible scheduling, and collaboration with AI development teams to translate clinical practice into actionable feedback. RN background encouraged; prior AI experience not required.

Qualificações

• RN or equivalent clinical background with hands-on patient care.
• Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong understanding of nursing informatics concepts.
• Ability to evaluate information and communicate findings in writing.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content and informatics outputs for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability.
• Review and assess how well AI systems reflect actual nursing workflows and EHR documentation practices.
• Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe assumptions in AI responses related to clinical care.
• Translate frontline nursing knowledge into structured, actionable feedback for AI development teams.
• Analyze clinical scenarios and assess whether AI recommendations align with evidence-based practice.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
