Sitel Corp. in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Norwegian Customer Advisor to join our on-site team.

You will provide first contact resolutions to customer queries and deliver specialized support through written and phone communication. The ideal candidate will be a native or proficient Norwegian speaker (C2) with advanced English (C1), strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in delivering excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• Native or proficient level of Norwegian (C2).
• Advanced level of English (C1) both verbal and written.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon).

Responsabilidades

• Provide first contact resolutions to customer queries.
