Job summary

Kardex Remstar, a leading Swiss warehouse automation company, seeks a Finance Business Controller Nordics to join our Lisbon-based team. You will manage accounting, closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting across Nordic markets, partnering with managers and driving continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have Nordic finance experience, fluency in Swedish or Danish and English, ERP system expertise (S/4HANA a plus), and willingness to travel within the Nordic region.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Profound experience in finance, controlling, accounting or financial business partnering within a Nordic country.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and performance management experience.
• Solid accounting knowledge: closing, reconciliations, reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (S4Hana a plus).
• Fluency in Swedish or Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Nordic region.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Finance processes from accounting activities to month-end closing and reporting.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial performance, identify deviations and propose actions to improve results.
• Act as a trusted Finance partner to managers across the Nordic organization.
• Provide financial insights and support business decisions.
