Allianz Partners in Portugal is seeking a proactive Risk Analyst to support the Non-Financial Risk Management program. You will work with business teams to identify risks, test controls, and maintain risk records and documentation.

This role offers exposure to AI, data analytics, and cloud tools within a global organization, with opportunities to grow in risk, compliance, or internal controls.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Internal Controls, Finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Support the execution of the Non-Financial Risk Management program.
• Assist with risk assessments by coordinating workshops, documenting results, and maintaining risk records.
• Perform control testing, gather evidence, document findings, and track action plans.
• Prepare reports and presentations for risk governance meetings.
• Create and maintain training materials and promote risk awareness.
