Elastic is seeking a skilled software engineer to shape the future of application networking within Elastic Cloud. You will design scalable networking features, integrate security controls, and leverage AI to boost productivity across teams.

You’ll work with Elasticsearch, Kibana, and the broader Elastic stack, driving performance and reliability at scale. You will analyze performance metrics, conduct load tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet networking needs.

Qualificações

• Hands-on Go development focused on scalable networking components.
• Experience with Kubernetes components: Cilium, Envoy Gateway, Crossplane.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) networking.
• Ability to apply AI tools to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Strong collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable application networking features with integrated security.
• Analyze performance metrics and conduct load testing to optimize networking.
• Identify and fix networking issues; perform root-cause analysis and create tools.
• Collaborate with Elastic Engineering teams to fulfill networking requirements.
