Role: Network Security Engineer

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon

Required skills:

• 12th grade (required) or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (preferred);
• 4+ years of experience in network security administration;
• Solid experience with switching, routing, and firewalls;
• Solid understanding of networking principles, communication protocols, and network architectures, including OSI and TCP/IP models, as well as cryptography;
• Experience creating and implementing security policies (network access policies, password policies, security best practices);
• Ability to analyze and resolve network security issues, as well as analyze security logs;
• Knowledge of common network security threats (malware, phishing, denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, and social engineering);
• Knowledge of operating systems used in network environments (Windows, Windows Server, Linux);
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
