1GLOBAL is seeking a meticulous Network Support Team Leader to direct a 24x7 group focused on troubleshooting Voice, Data, and SMS services, while driving continuous improvement. Qualificações
- Proven experience leading teams delivering 24x7 service availability.
- Strong troubleshooting across Voice, Data and SMS services.
- Deep knowledge of MAP, CAP, SIP and DIAMETER networking protocols.
- Autonomy to implement service observability in Grafana and Superset.
Responsabilidades
- Plan, direct, and oversee the Network Support Team to meet service levels.
- Manage shift schedules and on-call roster.
- Lead deep dives into network architecture to improve troubleshooting quality.
- Analyze KPIs to drive performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Foster continuous improvement and automation across the organization.
- Oversee technical documentation produced by engineers.
- Coordinate with Product Team for new releases and operational readiness.
- Support customer onboarding into support processes and tools.
