A2IT Technology is seeking a Network Engineer to join a team responsible for the administration, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructure. The role focuses on high availability, security, and performance in mission-critical environments, with initial on-site work and a hybrid model after onboarding.

The candidate will manage LAN/WLAN infrastructures, work with Extreme Networks Switching, Aruba Central solutions, and implement secure network practices.

Qualificações

• At least 4 years of proven enterprise network experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and complex incident analysis skills.
• Experience in mission-critical or large-scale environments.
• Cisco CCNA (or higher) preferred.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a Network Engineer to join a team responsible for the administration, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance in mission-critical environments.

• Manage, operate, and maintain enterprise LAN/WLAN infrastructures;
• Administer and support Extreme Networks Switching platforms;
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Aruba Wireless / Aruba Central solutions;
• Implement and manage VLANs, Routing, QoS, and network segmentation policies;
• Proactively monitor network infrastructure and analyze performance;
• Resolve critical incidents and perform advanced troubleshooting in high-availability environments;
• Manage redundancy, high availability, and business continuity solutions;
• Implement enterprise network security best practices;
• Administer network services, including DHCP, DNS, AAA, and 802.1X authentication;
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures;
• Participate in infrastructure expansion, migration, and modernization projects;
• Collaborate with Systems, Security, and Operations teams;
• Automate network tasks and operational processes;
• Perform wireless site surveys using Ekahau, Hamina, or similar tools.

• Solid knowledge of enterprise wireless technologies;

• Ability to work in demanding operational environments;
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills;
• Team player with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Certifications:

• Cisco CCNA (or higher).
