What You’ll Do:
Carry out technical activities as part of ongoing network and infrastructure projects.
Manage, administer, and provide support for network and security equipment.
Monitor performance, complete documentation and records in platforms (CA, NNM, IPAM, IMC), and troubleshoot complex network incidents.
What We’re Looking For:
Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of VOIP, Networking protocols, topologies, and network security.
Experience with load balancers (F5, A10, AVI).
Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching and Firewalling.
Hands-on experience with network hardware: Aruba, HP, ProCurve, 3Com, Cisco (Routers/Switches).
Familiarity with firewall solutions: Checkpoint, Fortinet, Cisco ASA.
Understanding of transmission technologies: ADSL, Ethernet, FTTH, FO/GPON, MPLS.
Operations & Support:
Ability to accurately log and manage incidents.
Troubleshooting and resolution of complex WAN/LAN issues.
Documentation updates and creation of operational procedures.
Field Service:
Willingness to travel for on-site support, installations, and maintenance.
Practical experience with physical network infrastructure, including cabling and switch installations.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with multiple vendors and OEMs.
Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and process optimization.
Strong communication skills for vendor and stakeholder coordination.
