Qualifications

  • University degree in IT, CS, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Solid enterprise networking knowledge: routing, switching, IP services, and data centers.
  • Hands-on software and automation with Python, APIs, data structures, and automation frameworks such as Ansible, Terraform, Nornir, or comparable tools.
  • Experience with enterprise version-control and configuration-management practices, CI/CD, declarative infrastructure workflows, automated testing, secrets management, code review, and traceable infrastructure changes.
  • Knowledge of network data models and interfaces such as YANG, NETCONF, RESTCONF, gNMI, OpenConfig, and vendor APIs is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain reusable automation for campus, WAN, Data Center, DDI, and Secure Access platforms using declarative data models, APIs, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
