We are searching for a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance to ensure timely detection of any issues or outages.
• Troubleshoot network problems and provide timely resolution.
• Maintain network security by implementing best practices and protocols.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and implement new network solutions or upgrades.
• Provide technical support to end‑users on various networking issues.
• Create and maintain documentation related to the organization’s network infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Network or Systems Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with configuring and maintaining Cisco or Juniper networking equipment.
• Knowledge of security protocols (e.g., firewall systems).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills.
