Job summary

Match Profiler is seeking a .NET Tech Lead to guide software delivery from Portugal, with experience in web/mobile development, solution architecture, and project delivery. The role requires leading global projects across teams and time zones, with a strategic, customer-focused mindset and strong communication.

Fluent Portuguese and English (B2+) are expected, along with 6+ years in software development and 2+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
6+ years of software development experience and 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
Experience in web/mobile development, solution architecture, application performance, and project delivery.
Ability to lead global technical projects across teams and time zones.
Strategic, innovative, and customer-focused mindset.
OutSystems project experience and certifications.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, iterative, and Waterfall development methodologies.
Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (B2 or above).
Good communication

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee offshore/nearshore technical initiatives across multiple teams and time zones.
Architect and deliver scalable .NET-based solutions and ensure project milestones are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals.
