ITSector is seeking a .NET Tech Lead in Caparica, Portugal. The role requires a degree in Computer Engineering and 7+ years of experience with C#, .NET, Azure, and modern cloud-native services.

You will guide a delivery team, coordinate with product stakeholders, and ensure timely milestones while maintaining high standards of quality and collaboration. The position offers a hybrid working model, international projects, and a health insurance plan.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
• 7+ years of experience with C#, .NET and related technologies (EF, Web APIs, REST).
• Experience with Azure (AKS, ServiceBus, EventHub, App Services, CI/CD, Application Insights).
• Experience with Git, SonarQube and Agile.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid skills of SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Previous experience managing teams (mandatory).
• Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English).
• Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor team deliveries and manage associated risks, taking preventive measures.
• Support the development team in achieving critical project milestones.
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal business stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage the backlog and prioritize features with the Product Manager based on feedback, impact, and capacity.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (technology, business, compliance, etc).

Main Responsibilities
