A leading digital transformation company in Lisbon is seeking an experienced PMO & IT Organisational Change Coordinator. In this role, you will manage structural changes across business applications and coordinate with various teams. The successful candidate will have over 2 years of experience in PMO or IT change management and fluency in English, with knowledge of enterprise applications being a plus. This position offers a hybrid work model between Lisbon and Tomar.

Qualificações

  • 2+ years of experience in PMO, IT change management, or similar roles.
  • Professional fluency in English; French is a strong plus; Spanish is an advantage.
  • Structured and methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.

Job Description

At Devoteam Portugal, we are looking for an experienced PMO & IT Organisational Change Coordinator to join a strategic transformation project impacting 18 countries and over 100 entities.

If you're passionate about business and IT transformation and have a strong understanding of organisational design, this is the right challenge for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for structural changes in business applications, working closely with HR, Sales, Operations, and Staffing teams;
  • Ensure alignment with Devoteam’s Target Operating Model;
  • Identify impacted applications during organisational changes and coordinate updates with PMs and application owners;
  • Maintain a high-level integrated view of 10+ core business applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, HRIS, ServiceNow);
  • Lead kickoff meetings, manage timelines, and oversee progress in ServiceNow;
  • Maintain internal documentation and references to ensure consistency across systems.

Hybrid work model in Tomar, at the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in PMO, IT change management, or similar roles;
  • Professional fluency in English (French is a strong plus; Spanish is an advantage);
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and ServiceNow (are a plus)
  • Structured and methodical approach with excellent attention to detail;
  • Proven ability to manage multi-entity organisational changes;
  • Strong skills in stakeholder coordination, communication, and analysis.
