We are a growing online consulting firm based in Funchal and we are currently seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients through various online channels.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct online consultations with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to effectively advise clients

Requirements:
