We are looking for multilingual-speaking professionals to join our customer service and support teams in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will represent international brands across different projects, ensuring a high-quality experience for each customer.

Tasks
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing excellent support and solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and ensure first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to solve complex cases.
  • Stay informed about products, services, and procedures to deliver accurate information.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Requirements
  • Fluent (C1 or native level) in one of these languages: Italian/Spanish/French/English/German/Dutch/Danish/Russian/Turkish/Hebrew
  • Good command of English (B1 or higher).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to different projects and work processes.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
  • Availability to work in shifts (if required by the project).
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
