Prysmian in Lisbon seeks a proactive HSE Manager to drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement on site. The role focuses on aligning with ISO 45001/14001, mitigating risks across operations, and leading incident investigations to foster a strong learning culture.

Ensure HSE systems alignment with ISO 45001 & 14001 and full regulatory compliance
Identify and mitigate risks across operations, supporting safe implementation of new projects
Monitor HSE performance and ensure corrective actions are effectively closed
Lead incident investigations and promote a strong learning culture
Partner with leadership to embed safety into daily decisions and strengthen safety culture
Promote engagement, lead safety forums, and communicate HSE priorities
Represent the site with authorities and support Group HSE strategy deployment
Lead and develop the HSE team while reinforcing stop work authority
Your Experience You combine strong HSE expertise with the ability to influence and drive change.
Solid background in HSE management, risk assessment, and incident investigation
Experience in audits, compliance, and performance monitoring
