Moderator - Braga, Portugal

We are hiring a Moderator to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing online discussions and ensuring that they adhere to our community guidelines. You will also be responsible for resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise within the community.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to remain calm and professional in all situations. A biometric passport is required as this position may involve international travel.

This is an entry-level position, so no experience is necessary. However, previous experience in customer service or community management is a plus. We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month and provide accommodation for employees who require it.
