KWAN in Lisbon is seeking a Mobile Developer with proven Android/Kotlin experience to join our dynamic team and help deliver cutting-edge mobile solutions for clients. You will work autonomously and collaboratively, apply modern Android architectures (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture), Jetpack Compose, Room, Retrofit, and REST API integration while ensuring code quality and test coverage.

• Proven professional experience in Android development with Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of modern Android architecture (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture).
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with Room for local data persistence.
• Experience with Hilt and Dependency Injection.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin Coroutines.
• Experience with Retrofit and REST API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging).
• Experience developing Unit Tests and UI Tests.
• Good knowledge of Git and Jira.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Fluent Portuguese, written and spoken.

About the Role

What we are looking for:

• Proven professional experience in Android development using Kotlin;
• Strong knowledge of modern Android architecture, including MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture;
• Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose;
• Experience with Room for local data persistence;
• Experience with Hilt and Dependency Injection;
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin Coroutines;
• Experience with Retrofit and REST API integration;
