Bridge351 is seeking a Kotlin Developer to join an international insurance project focused on modernizing a legacy platform through a microservices architecture.

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid – 2x/week in Moscavide) with 100% remote opportunities and a path to international career across multiple countries. English proficiency (B2) is required to collaborate with global teams.

Qualificações

• 5–8 years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Kotlin (desktop applications).
• Experience with Java.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiar with SOLID principles & Clean Architecture.
• Experience with code reviews and technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain backend services and desktop application functionality.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs.
• Design and implement microservices-based solutions.
• Review Pull Requests and ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve defects.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.

We're looking for a

Kotlin Developer

to join an international insurance project focused on modernizing a legacy platform through a

microservices architecture .

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid – 2x/week in Moscavide)

English: B2 minimum

Must-have

• 5–8 years of software development experience
• Strong experience with Kotlin (desktop applications)
• Java
• REST APIs
• Microservices architecture
• SOLID principles & Clean Architecture
• Experience with code reviews and technical documentation

Nice to Have

• C++ (desktop)
• Angular 8+
• Vert. X
• Azure Cloud

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services and desktop application functionality
• Build and consume RESTful APIs
• Design and implement microservices-based solutions
• Review Pull Requests and ensure code quality
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve defects
• Produce and maintain technical documentation
