Stratio Automotive is seeking an Automotive Field Technician to install and service the Databox hardware on client vehicles across Europe. You will travel frequently to client sites, perform field work, and ensure installations meet quality standards.

The role requires technical aptitude in electrical or mechanical fields, a valid B-class driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in English. Comprehensive training and international travel are part of the job.

Qualificações

• Technical degree or professional experience in electrical or mechanical field.
• Must have driver's license (category B) and be willing to travel abroad.
• Availability for weekends/night hours and to work on client vehicles.
• Independent user of English.

Responsabilidades

• Install, uninstall, and reinstall the Stratio Databox on client vehicles following internal procedures.
• Provide field or remote support to diagnose and fix issues with the Stratio Hardware Solution.
• Train customers and partners on Stratio hardware usage during visits.
• Create installation manuals and harnesses per internal guidelines.
• Report progress to supervisor and project lead.
