About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer with a strong background in software development practices and automation, particularly within the Machine Learning (ML) lifecycle. This role involves driving the operationalization of ML models and AI solutions in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Azure Databricks ecosystem, including data processing, model deployment, and monitoring. You will play a key role in leading development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful, AI-driven solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated pipelines, workflows, and reusable templates for MLOps on Azure Databricks
• Extend and maintain unit and integration testing, collaborating closely with QA and test automation experts
• Ensure the delivery of robust, high-quality code following best software development practices
• Work alongside product owners and solution architects to shape and enhance product features and roadmap
• Develop and optimize the end-to-end ML/AI model lifecycle, including support for MLOps and LLMOps strategies within the Databricks platform
• Collaborate with business units to integrate Databricks-powered AI solutions into operational workflows
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful deployment of AI-driven projects in production
