Körber is seeking a network operations professional to support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across locations. You will assist with LAN/WAN/WLAN/Internet/VPN/SD‑WAN services, configure and troubleshoot devices, and help with cloud networking in Azure and AWS where applicable.

You will monitor performance, participate in incident/change/problem management, and ensure adherence to security standards and documented procedures. A collaborative, growth‑minded teammate is essential.

Qualificações

• Completed vocational training, apprenticeship, Bachelor’s Degree, or comparable in IT or related field.
• Approximately 1–4 years of practical experience in network operations or IT support.
• Solid basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VLANs, and WAN/LAN concepts.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise network tech (Cisco/Aruba/Fortinet/Palo Alto/Juniper).
• Basic cloud networking concepts in Azure and/or AWS are advantageous.
• Experience with network monitoring, ticketing, and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes, especially incident/change/problem management.
• Team player with willingness to learn and handle more complex tasks over time.
• Interest in automation and infrastructure-as-code is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support operation and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure across Körber locations.
• Assist with LAN, WAN, WLAN, Internet, VPN, and SD-WAN services under supervision.
• Configure, document, and troubleshoot network devices per standards.
• Support basic cloud networking in Azure and AWS where applicable.
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity; escalate and resolve issues.
• Participate in incident, change, and problem management per ITSM processes.
• Follow security standards and network architecture principles.
• Maintain network lifecycle, upgrades, patching, and standardization.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, service providers, and project teams on network tasks.
