Job summary

Testo SE & Co. KGaA in Portugal is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 & Azure (Security) Expert to enhance cloud security and identity management. You will configure Entra ID, implement MFA and Zero Trust, and deploy Sentinel for SIEM across global teams.

With a degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity and 3+ years of Azure security experience, you will influence security strategy and governance in an international environment, collaborating with IT Services and CMS globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft cloud technologies focusing on Azure security and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity governance.
• Experience with SIEM operations and security monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Identity & Access Management: Configure Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust.
• Azure Security & Compliance: Deploy and manage Microsoft Sentinel for threat detection and risk assessments.
• Cloud Architecture & Integration: Design secure integrations between M365, Azure services, and third parties; support automation via Graph API.
• Power Platform Governance (Optional): maintain quality during product changes across lifecycle.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: work with IT Services, CMS, and global teams to align security efforts.

Role Description

As part of our commitment to strengthening cloud security and identity management, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 & Azure (Security) Expert to join our team.

• Identity & Access Management: Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), implement Conditional Access, MFA, and Zero Trust principles, and manage privileged identity governance.
• Azure Security & Compliance: Deploy and maintain Microsoft Sentinel for SIEM and threat detection, monitor and respond to security incidents, ensure compliance with security standards, and conduct proactive risk assessments.
• Cloud Architecture & Integration: Design secure integrations between M365, Azure services, and third-party systems; support automation and scripting (PowerShell, Graph API) for identity and security tasks.
• Power Platform Governance (Optional): Ensure effective quality maintenance and improvement during product changes across the lifecycle.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT Services, CMS, and global teams to align security and compliance efforts.

Your Profile

• Educational Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud technologies with a focus on Azure security and Microsoft 365.
• Technical Skills: Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and identity governance. Expertise in Microsoft Sentinel and SIEM operations. Solid knowledge of Azure services, security best practices, and compliance frameworks. Hands‑on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Language skills: Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Personal Attributes: Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability, proactiveness, adaptability, and collaboration skills in an international environment.
