The Universidade de Aveiro invites applications for a 9-month research fellowship focusing on the acquisition and analysis of NMR data from metabolite standards, mixtures, and biological samples to optimise analytical workflows for accurate metabolite quantification in complex mixtures.

Works include data processing improvements, identification criteria, quality-control procedures, and ensuring robustness and reproducibility of metabolomics data.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or related areas.
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and/or experience in mass spectrometry (MS).
• Masters enrolled in courses that do not confer an academic degree integrated in the educational project of the University of Aveiro.
