RAILES is seeking an MES Functional Consultant to bridge production processes with technology, ensuring seamless MES implementations aligned with business needs. You will translate operational requirements into precise configurations and collaborate with production, quality, and IT teams.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering and analysis, MES configuration, ERP/QMS/SCADA interfaces, real-time planning support, QA compliance, testing and validation, plus training and user support for

Qualificações

Background in Industrial Engineering or similar degree.
Experience with MES or manufacturing digital systems (ERP, QMS, SCADA/PLC).
Understanding of production workflows and quality processes.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to translate operational needs into functional configurations.
Fluent in English, Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

Requirements gathering & analysis with production and quality teams.
Functional configuration of the MES: process modelling, rule parametrization and ERP integration.
Operations & planning support: order sequencing, real-time monitoring and full traceability.
Quality & compliance: supporting QA workflows and ensuring process alignment with standards.
Testing & validation to ensure solutions meet functional requirements.
Training & user support to guarantee proper adoption of RAILES MES.
